On your ASMRstream dashboard, each video eligible for release will display a status underneath it. This status helps you understand where your release is in the distribution process. Here's what each status means:
Release Status Definitions
Not released
This video has not yet been submitted for release to streaming platforms via ASMRstream. You can initiate the release process from your dashboard.
Queued for release
You've submitted this video for release! It's not waiting in line to be prepared. This usually happens if we are currently working on other releases ahead of yours. We process releases in the order they are submitted.
Processing release
We are actively working on your release and getting it ready for submission to streaming platforms.
Fast Processing: We pride ourselves on speed! The ASMRstream team will prepare and submit your release to platforms within the same day it was submitted.
Pending Delivery
Your release has been successfully processed by us and sent out to all the selected streaming platforms (like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Now, we're waiting for the platforms to receive, review, and ingest your content on their end.
Delivered
The streaming platforms have acknowledged receipt and accepted the release. It's queued up on their systems and ready to go live on the scheduled release date you selected.
Important: A "Delivered" status means at least one major platform has confirmed acceptance. It doesn't necessarily mean *all* platforms have completed their ingestion process simultaneously, as each service has its own schedule.
Live
Congratulations! Your scheduled release date has arrived or passed, and your ASMR audio is starting to become available on streaming platforms.
Please Note: Seeing a "Live" status means the release date is current and the release has been successfully delivered to at least one platform. However, it might take additional time for your content to appear searchable and playable across *all* platforms due to their individual processing times and content ingestion policies. It does not guarantee immediate availability everywhere simultaneously.
Average Time to Go Live After Delivery
While ASMRstream processes and delivers your release quickly, the time it takes for your music to actually appear live on streaming platforms varies after your scheduled release date arrives. Each platform has its own review and ingestion process. Provided your release status was marked as "Delivered" well in advance, here are the typical timelines for your content to become available *starting from your chosen release date*:
Note: These are averages and can fluctuate based on platform volume, holidays, and potential content reviews.
