Setting Up Payouts with Stripe

We partner with Stripe, a leading global payment processor, to securely handle all royalty payouts to our artists.

To receive payments, you'll need to connect your bank account via Stripe:

1. Log in to your ASMRstream dashboard.
2. Navigate to the 'Payouts' or 'Account Settings' section.
3. Click the "Set Up Payouts" button.
4. You will be securely redirected to Stripe's onboarding process.
5. Follow Stripe's instructions to provide your bank account details and any required verification information.

Once you complete the Stripe onboarding, you're all set to receive royalty payments directly into your nominated bank account.

Royalty Split

As detailed in our Distribution Agreement, our standard royalty split is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Your Share: You receive 80% of the net royalties collected from streaming platforms for your audio tracks.
• Our Fee: ASMRstream retains 20% as our distribution fee.

For potential adjustments in specific cases (e.g., very large channels), please refer to the Distribution Agreement section on flexibility, which emphasizes clear communication and mutual agreement before any changes.

Royalty Reporting

Transparency is key. For every month that your releases generate streams and revenue, we provide you with a detailed royalty statement.

• Monthly Email Statements: As explained in the Distribution Agreement, these statements are sent via email once we receive and process the data from the streaming platforms.
• Statement Details: Each report includes:
  • Breakdown of streams per release on each platform (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music).
  • Total revenue generated from those streams.
  • Calculation showing the net amount payable to you after ASMRstream's 20% fee.
• Timing: Remember, streaming platforms report earnings 30-90 days *after* streams occur. We relay this information to you in your statement as soon as we process the platform reports.

Payment Schedule & Threshold

Here’s when and how you get paid:

• Payout Timing: Streaming platforms (like Spotify, Apple Music) report earnings and pay distributors 30-90 days *after* streams occur. This industry standard means your first payout from ASMRstream typically arrives 2-6 months after your first release goes live, as we must wait for these initial platform reports. This delay is solely due to platform reporting timelines, not ASMRstream processing. Once we receive the reports and funds from the platforms, we process your share promptly. After the first few cycles, payouts become more regular as the reporting catches up.
• Payment Method: Payouts are made directly to the bank account you connected via Stripe.
• Minimum Threshold: We process payouts once your accumulated earnings reach USD $3.00. If your balance is below this amount in a given cycle, it rolls over to the next month until the threshold is met.

Managing Payout Details

You can manage your payout information and view your payment history directly through Stripe:

• Access your connected Stripe account (this can be done through our dashboard).
• Update your bank account details if needed.
• View records of past payouts received from ASMRstream via Stripe.
